???? Ditt uppdrag:
• Vara ett nära och tillgängligt stöd för socialsekreterarna i deras arbete med handläggning av ekonomiskt bistånd.
• Leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet på försörjningsstödsenheten.
• Ansvara för introduktion och handledning av nyanställda samt handledning av studenter under verksamhetsförlagd utbildning.
• Säkerställa att arbetet bedrivs rättssäkert, professionellt och i enlighet med aktuell lagstiftning, rättspraxis och forskning.
• Ansvara för verksamhetens metod- och ärendehandledning.
• Utveckla och kvalitetssäkra rutiner, metoder och kunskapsstöd.
• Samverka både operativt och strategiskt med interna och externa aktörer.
• Bidra till att skapa en trygg och hållbar arbetsmiljö där kollegor ges rätt stöd och förutsättningar.


? Vi söker dig som:
• Har socionomexamen.
• Har minst 5 års yrkeserfarenhet av handläggning inom ekonomiskt bistånd under de senaste 8 åren.
• Har minst 2 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbetsledning inom ekonomiskt bistånd under de senaste 5 åren.
• Har utbildning i socialrätt.
• Självständigt kan leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet inom handläggningens olika delar.
• Självständigt kan ansvara för verksamhetens metod- och ärendehandledning.
• Har mycket god kännedom om och tillämpar gällande lagstiftning och praxis inom området ekonomiskt bistånd.
• Har goda IT-kunskaper, inklusive erfarenhet av arbete i Officepaketet
• Har erfarenhet av digitala verksamhetssystem, exempelvis Procapita eller Lifecare.
• Har god förmåga att strukturera, prioritera och fatta beslut även under tidspress.
• Är en trygg, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad ledare med god samarbetsförmåga.
• Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.


???? Omfattning:
100 %. Arbetet utförs alla vardagar. Konsulten ska vara på plats minst 4 dagar per vecka, resterande tid kan arbete ske på distans. Vid behov kan annan fördelning av arbetstid överenskommas mellan enhetschef och konsult efter uppdragets start.

Start 3 november 2025 eller så snart som möjligt därefter, till och med 28 februari 2026,

Our Human Resources Services (HRS) team is looking for a Team Lead for Finland, Sweden and the Netherlands.
As a Team Lead, you will ensure that processes in responsibility area of employee lifecycle administration are delivered with efficiency and consistent positive customer experience, while enabling continuous improvements.
In this role you will lead an international team and report to the Senior Manager - General HR Services. This position can be based in one of the following countries: Finland, Sweden or Lithuania, and includes some degree of travelling in Europe – usually few times a year.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize employee lifecycle administration's services for the world leading global company in sustainable stainless-steel business – Outokumpu
Ensure consistent and positive process/tool experience to managers, employees and HR colleagues
Create information and training materials in close cooperation with process owners
Improve efficiency and quality of service in own expertise area, by working on continuous improvements and supporting process development
Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements
Provide reporting as required
Support HR optimization projects with cross-disciplinary teams on international level

About the role
In the role as Team Lead – Payroll Sweden you are accountable for all Payroll processes in Sweden and ensure that they comply with our Global guidelines. This also means that you transform and tailor the processes based on Swedish labour law and collective agreements. Within the team, you are fully responsible for around 2000 salaries. You take responsibility to be a role model for our ways of working. You are leader and staff responsible for 3 Payroll team members, located in both Avesta and Fagersta. You are collaborating close together with other Payroll - Team Leads in different projects. The role includes travelling a few times a year.
Accountabilities of the position:
Ensure payroll execution according to law, collective agreement, compliance and time schedules based on outsourced payroll model.
Participate, co-lead or lead projects related to payroll department or broadly related to Outokumpu.
Participate in audits and lead necessary improvement measures related to compliance (both internal and external audit). Set up internal controls and execute them with agreed frequency. Be accountable for successful and issue free audit report.
Ensure delivery of reports to stakeholders within Outokumpu.
Oversee and ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
Maintain and control of personnel changes/adjustments.
Hold vendor management accountability ensuring consistency, reliability, integrity, timeliness and compliance of delivered services.
Administration and control of pension and benefit schemes through payroll.
Cooperation with Payroll team leads of other countries related to joint initiatives and projects.
Be a main contact person for the Payroll team, for management, auditors and statutory authorities.

Du kommer att rapportera till Manager International Payroll, som är placerad i Tyskland.


Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
• Säkerställa löneutförandet enligt lag, kollektivavtal och hålla tidsplaner baserat på befintlig löneprocess.
• Delta i, eller leda projektgrupper relaterat till gemensamma initiativ kring lönefrågor inom Outokumpu i stort.
